Yes I had, the default font is working correctly except from these issues.
It never happens for new emails, only for replies/FW therefore I suppose it must be some setting in an email i receive. However the below link offers the solution, but unfortunately this doesn't work for me. http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.c...1204654&page=3
