Emails do not shoe in sent items
When i am sending emails from a shared email address they are being saved at the regular sent items’ folder and not on the shared email sent items’ folder. i have tried to use the option "In folder other than the inbox, save replies with original message" but it's not working, and emails are still being saved at my personal sent items’ folder. any ideas why it happens or how can i solve this issue? Thanks!
