Default Contact form changed & the tasks are still showing it as it was

Hello,

I work in a small company and we are using the outlook 2010 as our data base, since it it fast easy and simple.

What we did is that we customized the contact form to show us Company as the main header up top instead of showing us the contact name and added some fields to enable us put more details.. etc.

the problem is as follows:

1- The contact form we made is only accessible if you go to contacts and open it, other than that you will get the standard form with missed up information.

i.e: If we create a task to follow up on that contact the moment we open that contact from the task the form we made is gone and replaced with the standard one. Then, if you go back to the contact list it will be back again as the form we created.

2- Backing the contacts up: if you do a back up on the contacts and use it on any other computer the contacts will go back to the original form and you can't see them in the form we created.

Your help is appreciated.
