Paragraph spacing needs resetting on open
Although I have added 6 pts of after-paragraph spacing repeatedly in outgoing email messages (Office 2010) and confirmed that I want the change to apply to the Normal template, each time I open Outlook, the spacing is gone again. Could this have something to do with one of the Message Format items in the set-up options? One has to do with removing unnecessary formatting for message display; that sounds like conversion to plain text.
