Stop Future Recurring Meetings
How can I stop future recurring meetings in Outlook, without affecting previous meetings? For example, I have a recurring meeting starting in Feb-09 and ending in Sep-09, on a weekly basis. I've cancelled out 3 of the meeting between Feb and May, and want to stop all meetings from Jun on, but still keep the history of the meetings I've had and/or cancelled.
If I just change the recurrence to stop Jun-09 instead of Sep-09 and click update, it then adds back in all the cancelled meetings of the past. This applies both to meetings where I am the organizer, as well as just an attendee. Thanks |
