How to remove picture from Hotmail/Outlook

Question: Is there a way to have "no picture" attached to my sent mail?
I know the default setting is "no picture", but somehow I've gotten the picture of someone I don't know attached. I have replaced it with other pictures but the goofy looking stranger is still attached to my sent emails. I would prefer to have no picture at all.
