Default Save conditional formatting when importing

I can import from XLS to my Outlook calendar. Then I set up conditional formatting to make different subjects in different colors. The only problem is when I import again to capture new data I lose the conditional formatting. Do you have any suggestions. PS: Do not have expertise to create code if that's the only answer. Can someone help with this!!!
