Default Cannot open folder in Outlook

I am unable to open a folder in Outlook. This folder contains my inbox for my email account - and so I cannot access my email. I receive the following error message:

"Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file C:/Users/Martin/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook/martin.healey@me.com.pst."

Can anyone please help me to sort this out. Thanks.
