We are experiencing a high volume of users that are having outlook 2007 crash on their computers. This seems to be a HUGE problem just recently, started within the last 2 weeks. All users that are having this happen seem to be using Windows 7 and the computer are 1 1/2 years old or newer. They are experiencing the crash whenever typing or sending an email message. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling outlook, doing /cleanprofile, disabling all add-ins, and deleted the NK2 file and we are still having this issue. We have roughly 50 users that are having this happen to them about 10-15 times a day. Any help, would be greatly appreciated.
