Hi all,
I'm new to these forums. I would just like to know how mi can make it that any emails where i am in the "to" field appear in blue and any emails that i am CCd, BCCd on or that go to a DL that i am a member of appear as normal. Thanks Chris Last edited by Bird_FAT; 05-13-2009 at 11:59 PM. |

Voodoo Child,
Welcome - been in this forum for almost a month...it's pretty good. So, in Outlook 2007 you can use Color Categories with Rules. To create the rule for any messages sent to you Go to Tools > Rules and Alerts > Click on New Rule > Click Next (do not pick anything on the list in Step 1 or 2 > check the box 'sent only to me' click Next > check 'assign it to the category category > in the Step 2 box click the blue underlined 'category' > check a blue color and name it what you want > click OK > click Finish > click OK on the pop up. If you want to apply the rule to everything already in your Inbox: Click 'Run Rules Now' > check the Rule that you just created. All other email will appear with no color. Hope this helps! ![]() |
