Default Outlook 2013 writing a disclaim with variables

Hello,

I have outlook 2013 and i have a quistion about writing a disclaim.

At my job we use a standard disclaimer but, in the disclaimer stands: If your not "email" than you may not read this.

Where stands "email" shoud say the email adres of the person where we write a mail to.
Can somebody explain to me how i can do this.

On 3 places in the disclaim there must be standing theire email adres.
So we have to place a variables, that changes when i entered the email adres.

Sorry for my bad inglich, i'm dutch.

Thanks,
Jeffrey
