Default Tasks Import ( Custom fields)

Hello,
1. i would like create a folder in "Tasks" and share it with few individuals ( can I use "Share my tasks folder" and if so can read/write permission be given only for this folder - not the parent or any other folder)

2. i have a custom task list in Excel and would like to import it to Outlook ( example fields name: calltype, caller, calldate etc). will this be possible ( not sure if mapping will take care of this requirement)

Thanks.

Hi
Did you ever discover if you can import from Excel to Outlook your task list? Wondering if I can rename or create new fields on the task form to make it fit for what we are planning to do. If you can help with either I would appreciate it.
Kathie
