Open/close window in Outlook

Hi
Help....I'm using the below and it works great, however if you run it again, it opens the window again...(and again, and again etc...)




Sub sub_OpenFolder()
Dim str_folder As String
str_folder = "C:\Test" ' folder to open
Call Shell("explorer.exe " & str_folder, vbNormalFocus)
End Sub


Can you modify it for me so it

1) doesnt reopen if it is open already

2) activates the folder window

3) opens it not as maximised
