Default One computer receives emails but my other does not - help?????

I have a desktop computer, a laptop computer and a smart phone. THe two computers use MS Outlook while the smart phone is connected to the email server. The desktop receives emails, my phone also receives these emails but my laptop will not. It appears to be setup correctly and set to check for emails every 30 min. I can even manually hit the Send/Receive button and it will not pull in the emails from the computer and phone.

Other than set it up the only other thing I have done is to try to populate the address book.

Any thoughts - suggestions would be greatly appreciate.

David
