OUtlook 2011 - Groups Won't Stay Collapsed
I've set all the mail settings and defaults collapse but each time I click on one of the account folders all groups are expanded again. Has anyone had this problem with Outlook 2011?
Three of the accounts are POP3 and all incoming mail shows up in the "On My computer" folder. One of the accounts is IMAP and the mail shows up in a separate folder. Regardlesss whether I click on "Inbox" or either of the two subfolders, the always open expanded even though the selected setting in each folder say 'collapsed' and II've made it the default setting for each. The groups are all arranged by 'From". I am running Mac OS-X Build 12C60 Thanks! |
