Default Entering Vendor Types in Outlook Contacts (searchable)

Hi, I want to create a shared contact list/address book in Outlook for our small department to share resources. I would like to be able to search on the type of vendor/buisiness. Is there a template form to enter this data in a new contact or an easy way to do this without having to manually change every contact or Buz card? Would appreciate any input or suggestions thanks... davidinsf@msn.com
