Want to switch from MAC Outlook to Windows Outlook

Hello all,

I currently use an Outlook 2011 on my Mac System but due to some issues i just want to switch from mac to window.I have most important Emails in my my Mac Outlook and want to shift it in my windows Outlook ,How is this possible ? Can you please give me some idea.
