Question Outlook Syncing

I have outlook 2002 on my desktop and my laptop. I run a dlink wireless router and want to sync both outlook calendars and my contacts. What is the best way to do this?

Lightbulb Sync Calendars and Contacts

Clayman,

You asked for the BEST way to sync Outlook and that way would be to use MS Exchange. If your e-mail is not hosted on an Exchange server you can actually use hosted exchange. I use The Message Center.

There may be other 3rd party programs out there that will allow you to see your contacts and calendar in a specific network, but the only true way to sync all e-mail, contacts, calendar, notes, tasks is through Exchange.

Pop configurations will only pull mail.

Good Luck.
