Hello,
I was replying to an email, so I hit Reply, my message window opened, and I start typing away, only to then realize that, 1) my signature is in plain, blocky letters with no color/italics, etc, 2) I am unable to change the format of any text because all the tools in the Message tab are grayed out, and 3) I am unable to insert hyperlinks, because the tools in the Insert tab are grayed out. I had noticed before that when I reply on my PC to emails that were sent to me from a smartphone that my signature formatting was undone, but I had never noticed the rest before I tried to insert a hyperlink. Anyone know WTF is goin' on here? Thanks for any and all help! -Mike |
