Default Delegates creating folders

A secretary has rights to her attorneys inbox (outlok 2007). She cannot create a subfolder for the attorney. Is that by design or an issue with her security level.

thanks.

It's a security setting. on the exchange server, or in the exchange tabs in AD users and computers (if you have added the Exchange plugin), open the Attorney's properties or go to the Exchange Advanced tab -> Mailbox rights, add the delegate, then highlight the delegate and below make sure that the box next to "Full mailbox rights" is checked.
