Default Outlook Contacts...contacts

In the developer mode when creating a contact there is a field at the bottom called 'Contacts...' this when clicked popsup a window to allow you to link contacts with multiple other contacts, say from the same compnay but each have their own contact card if you will.

My question is can you create several of these in one form but make them unique...ie when you press it you click on a contact Person A and bam its in that one linked...but you have another one again unique and when you click on it the same but someone different Person B but it keeps the data in that one field and does not replicate it to the other ones...?
Picture attached may help as I have to be honest im confusing myself
