Windows Live Mail to Outlook 2002

Greetings. I apologize in advance if this is redundant, but I haven't found it addressed anywhere else.



I have a friend with a new PC that can't stand the new interface of Windows Live Mail and wants to use Outlook instead. However, she has the old 2002 (XP) version. How can I export her messages from WLM to Outlook 2002? WLM only gives me 2 options for Exporting (WLM or Exchange). I tried exporting to Exchange and it appeared to work, but it didn't prompt me for a file location, so I have no idea where it exported to.

Likewise, when I try to use the import feature in Outlook 2002, it says the version of MS Agent is incompatible and offers no more information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
