Default Configuring GMail with Outlook 2012

I have a GMail account which I use with Outlook 2012. I also use Imap

Attached is a snip of my Mail Navigation pane. It includes things like "All Mail", "Bin", "Important"

How can I remove these? All I really want to see is:
Inbox Box, including sub folders
Sent Mail, including sub folders
Spam

I don't even know what "All Mail", "Bin" & "Important"are!!

Thanks in advance
