Hi,
I've just downloaded and installed Office 2010 successfully (I think), then downloaded Business Contact Manager and tried to install it into Outlook - but it doesn't do so. Instead the extractor begins to load Salesforce Edition 3! I've used Salesforce in the past and had it as an add-in in Outlook 2007, but I've deleted the add-in and folders (and it didn't appear compatible with Outlook 2010 as it crashed all the time when opening). Is BCM in fact Salesforce? What on earth's happening. Please help. Many thanks. Robin |
