Delay sending the read receipt

When I get an email requesting a read receipt. A box comes up asking if I want to send the read receipt. You MUST answer this or you cannot proceed with any other tasks. If I say NO and mark the message as Unread - the receipt question does not pop up again.



If you say "Yes" - it appears as though you actually had time to read the email when in fact that may not be the case.
