Hello, sorry to introduce myself to the forum this way, but I think I have a big problem, the laptop I'm currently using is my boss's, and I can't get outlook to run. Wich is a HUGE problem for the bussiness. One week ago it worked just fine, then suddenly office sterted coming up with this window saying MAPI cannot find the mspst.dll root, I click accept and it closes. I mean, all that's been done this week was actualizing office to all of it's functions, for word and excel mostly, outlook worked just fine.

We have Office 2010 pro
Win 7 64 bit

I've tried re-installing
uninstalling and installing again
repair



I don't know what else to do, please help.

Try to restore the System to before this problem appear. This should sort it out.
You may also try to apply the hot fix package from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2597137 which includes this DLL.
