We have three computers using outlook 2007. Is there a way to create a rule for inbox mail that will affect all computers? We get so much unsolicited mail and it is time consumer to maintain three computers.

Please can someone help me out with Outlook, I am unable to send out messages and the error message is that I have exceeded the limit on my inbox and that my calendar is the largest folder at 2000KB in size and I do not find anything at all in my calendar. Please Help!!!!!!
