For exporting mails, you will have to create a PST file and then you can move all the emails to the PST file and that file you can burn it on a cd/dvd or you can use a flash drive to copy it from your hdd. For exporting contacts the above path which you have mentioned is the correct one you can export the contacts and then copy it on a flash drive, cd/dvd.
