Hello,
After some searching around it appears if you create a second calendar you will not receive accept/decline meeting invite responses back to your mailbox, only from your main calendar. The message I get when trying to send a meeting invite from a second calendar is "This meeting is not in the Calendar folder for this account. Responses to this meeting will not be tallied." We have a user in HR (running outlook 2010/win7) that needs a separate calendar for booking interviews and needs to get these responses. I believe if I set up a second email account this will still be the issue, only responses from the main calendar will be delivered to the users mailbox. What are other options to do this? She needs the responses form her main calendar and a secondary one. Thanks |
