Track time that an email was moved to another folder
We are using a shared email account in order to receive all our Hotel Bookings. Outlook is used at the same time to access the same email account info@abc.com by 3 users.
When a user answers the email then he drops this email to a folder names "DONE". Is there a way to track what time this email was dropped on Done? Mainly the problem we find is that users drop email to Done without actually answering it... We just need to find out who is doing this and I can't think of way how to track them down :-( We are using outlook and a GMAIL business acount behind it to get the emails. Your Help will be apreciated as the only Tracking methods I found is to tell you when an email send by us is opened by the other reciepient. Many Thanks Georgios |
