Default display in meeting 'When' show old time on 2007-10 but not in 2003

Hi
in outlook 2007-10 if you update a meeting with a new time you will have the new time in orange and the old time in greyed out.
As far I can make it this does not exist in outlook 2003???

is it possible to edit the form (in 2003) and add that value (the old time) but I cannot find any information for it like its name or else from possible selection.

Thanks

andre
