Question Recurring Appointment on 5th day

Using Outlook 2007: Has anyone figured out how to create a recurring appointment that occurs when there is a 5th day in the month? My colleague has a recurring appointment on the 1,2,4,& 5 Wednesday. I can't set the recurring for every Wednesday as there isn't one on the 3rd. If I use "last Wedneday of the month" then I get duplicate appointments on the 4th Wednesday when there isn't a 5th.

Hope they fixed this in v2010.
