I am using Outlook 2010
How do I remove all user accounts from my computer? I don't want to keep any backups / history. Nothing!. I want all traces of all accounts gone! What folders / files must be deleted? Thanks |

Hi Tim,
First you should deleted the all Outlook profile from your system than you locate the Outlook PST file at your system at this location : Windows 7 and Windows Vista : drive:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook Windows XP : drive:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook After Getting the all PST file, you could try to delete the file. Outlook stores all information at this file. So if you have deleted this file from your system means you have no option to recover email. So make sure that after lost this file you will never get your outlook email data. |
