Outlook send problem

Hi

I have 3 accounts set up in Outlook 2007 using Windows 7...

When sending from 1 of these accounts (and only the 1) the message gets stuck in the outbox and sends multiple copies continually until the message is deleted.

I have run malwarebytes and ms security essencials in safe mode with nothing found.

I have run SCANPST 3 times, the last time in safe mode... Each time it says it has found problems and fixed them, but still an email sent from this account gets stuck and sends repeatedly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please can someone to me how to set a rule so that in Outlook 2003 when I receive an email from a certain individual its goes directly to that individual folder that I already created. Please help!!!!!!!!
