Default Gurus please help

I have about i have a folder with about 30 sub folders in it that i need to place into my outlook inbox pane
Example: i have a .pst that's names "States" in this file is 4 different state.

Now each of those state folders will need about 20-50 sub folders.
Is there a way for me to create a batch of folders to put in, or will i have to make each one, 1 by 1.
I have created another folder on my desktop with all of the sub folders already there, i tried to just drag and drop them into the state folder, but i get a error message.

Hi,

You have option to create folder & sub-folder directly in Outlook, It is very easy Please follow these steps :

Create a main folder inside your mail box

1. Right mouse click on your mailbox name
2. Left mouse click on New Folder
3. Give the folder a name and select where you want to place the folder (should be inside your mail box)
4. Click OK.

Create a sub folder inside a folder
  1. Find the folder you want to create a sub folder inside of.
  2. Right mouse click on that folder.
  3. Select New Folder.
  4. Give the folder a name
  5. Click OK
