Default Calendar for IMAP and Exchange Accounts

I have Outlook 2007 running on Win 7 (64bit). I have 1 profile with 2 accounts set up in it. One is an Exchange account, other is account with a hosting company that provides IMAP access. The IMAP is primary accounty.
When I create a meeting invite from IMAP based account it send out an invite that says, zzz@imapdomain.com on behalf of zzz@exchangedomain.com, and as expected when people reply , the response goes to exchangedomain.com.

How do I correct this. I want to correctly associate each email account with different calendar, or at the least send the meeting request from the IMAP account without showing the other Exchange account info.
