[Outlook 2003 SP3]
When creating a new journal entry the default "Entry type" is set to "Phone call". I then have to manually switch this to "Note". While that's a minor nuisance for one or two entries it becomes quite tedious when doing hundreds. Is there a way to specify the default "entry type" when creating a new journal entry? Thanks ![]() |
