![]() I have two email accounts that I use with Outlook 2010. The Categories selection item is not there for one of them. How do I get an identical ribbon with both accounts? |

Hi Barrie,
Request you to please elaborate a bit more about what exactly is required. Can you also provide a screenshot of the ribbon which you are talking. |

The specific problem I have encountered is that the Categorize button does not appear in the ribbon that opens with one of my two accounts. I am aware I can customize the ribbon, but my problem is that I do not want customization. I want consistency from one account to the other. https://www.msofficeforums.com/attac...1&d=1338904073 https://www.msofficeforums.com/attac...1&d=1338904073 Last edited by Barrie; 06-05-2012 at 06:50 AM.
