In my current setup of Outlook 2010, the ribbon changes when I change email accounts. I want it to stay with the same groups, each with the same contents.
The specific problem I have encountered is that the Categorize button does not appear in the ribbon that opens with one of my two accounts. I am aware I can customize the ribbon, but my problem is that I do not want customization. I want consistency from one account to the other.
