Default How to transfer email files in Outlook 2010

Windows 7

Outlook 2010
============
I just changed my ISP from Comcast to AT&T.

I already changed the Outlook 2010 settings in the Desktop, using AT&T. I lost Email messages and Contacts.

In the Notebook, I have not changed to the AT&T new settings in Outlook 2010, so I still have the Email messages and Contacts.

My two questions are:

How to transfer Email Messages and Contacts from the Notebook to the Desktop?

and then, when the files have been transferred to the desktop, and after I have changed to the AT&T settings in the Notebook, how to transfer Email Messages and Contacts to the Notebook from the Desktop?

Please advise.

Thank you.
