I have a question. A friend of mine is trying to create a simple mail rule. Another friend of her's said it can't be done, but I was able to do it in Outlook Express, so I am more than sure you can do it with Outlook.
Here is the rule. Condition 1. ALL email having the FROM email address XXX@ME.COM Condition 2. Message body DOES NOT CONTAIN XX001 *or* XX002 *or* XX003 Action. DELETE MESSAGE if both conditions are met I was able to do this in about a minute in Outlook Express. But her friend says it's not possible in Outlook 2003. If any kind person here can post a walkthrough so I can send it to the noob, that would be great. Thanks, Bryan |

Open Outlook > Select Tools > Rules and Alerts > New Rule > Follow Step 1 > Then Step 2 on the same page click on the "high-lighted tabs and fill out the information that you wish to set up > Click Next > Complete any added information that you wish > Click next or Finish
I hope this helps. Happily using The Message Center Exchange Hosting |
