Default Setting up multiple free email accounts in Outlook

I would like to learn how to set up one or more free email accounts (hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc.) so I don't have to give out my real email account in situations that are likely to attract spam.

Once I get the account set up, can I get Outlook (2007) to grab the messages from the free service at the same time that it gets my regular email.

If so, can someone give me some simple instructions on how to do that?

Thanks
