Google Calendar Issues

I've been using Google Calendar for a long time and I have set up Outlook to look at the iCal file for my calendars. Well had and issue with duplicates in Outlook so I decided to delete my calendars and start over. I following the directions like I always do to reset my calendars and low and behold now I can't get two of my calendars to show up. I get the following error after I put in the internet address.

Looking at the above image even the file name is not right. It has basic instead of the correct calendar name.
