Default How to find exact phrase

Hi there,

I would like to find out, how to find exact multiword phrase. If I am trying to find "little pink pig" Outlook returns all messages containing "little", "pink" and "pig". Tons of results instead of that one, that match the exact phrase.

So how to force Outlook to return:
  1. All the messages containing at least one word of the given phrase
  2. All messages containing all the given words {even separated}
  3. All messages containing exact given phrase

Thank you in advance guys!

  1. All the messages containing at least one word of the given phrase
You did that already, by specifying "little pink pig" (without the quotes).
  1. All messages containing all the given words {even separated}
You type in "little AND pink AND pig" (without the quotes, and the AND must be capitalized).
  1. All messages containing exact given phrase
You type in "little pink pig", this time with the quotes.

A comprehensive but quick search tutorial is at

Hope this helps!
