Hi Technician,

Thanks for the reply.

MS Update KB 933493 is not applicable because i have already installed Office SP3. I checked the file versions on my laptop with the one in the update, and i have the latest ones.

I have already tried using the Outlook /safe test. It works fine when i start Outlook in safe mode.

If i disable COM Add-Ins and re-start Outlook in normal mode, there is no change and the problem persists.

Can't figure out what is triggering the problem. I don't have any Windows updates installed on it other that Office 2007 SP3.

Thanks,
Anand
