I'm a victim of that bug that won't let you send mostly replies. You have to put it in another folder and send it. That is so frustrating. I've read posts with varying answers. Isn't there a fix for this? Where is Microsoft?

We had several users that had this issue. We had to do a repair on Office in order to fix this.

I have already tried that. I wouldn't be writing if it were that easy. I'm glad it worked for you, but since it fixed your issue, I would assume there is a switch somewhere, maybe the registry, where one could go to flip the switch.
