I have four e mail addresses on my outlook.3 of them are on personal folders. As well as 4 in boxes I have 4 contacts, tasks, calendars etc.
I receive and send e mail on all 4 but don't want the associated personal folder contacts, calendar etc as I only use one of them. is there a way to delete them Many thanks Simon |

You may use the attached personal folders file (.pst) which is already cleared. Open it in Outlook and copy all content that you need to use (emails, folders etc.) inside this file. After that you may detach the .pst file with Contacts and Calendar folder and keep cleared one for use. Old .pst file can be saved for backup purposes however.
