Deleting old email addresses
i can't seem to find any reference to this in previous threads. Undoubtedly, I'm using the wrong search criteria.
I'm using Outlook from MSOffice 2010, ver 14.0.5~~~~. I used to have two email addresses, one of which was the default. I deleted them when I left the ISP ... but they seem to hang around and my replacement addresses are having trouble recieving the mail. One current address is from Comcast and the other from Gmail. How do I get rid of the "ghost" addresses? Outlook keeps "synching" something. I've never had that before. Does it mean anything? Thank you |

Hola, You can delete your mail profile from control panel and then create a new one having only the gmail id. Let me know if that works.
