I have just got a new computer, windows7 with office 2010 on it. I am finding it MUCH more compicated that 2003. I have obviously done something which is causing it to be working offline as this is what it says I am doing, when I write an email, and of course it wont send it. But I cant find out how to put this right. it seems to be connected with a message I got about "windows Mail"
I am sure I have done something wrong but not majorly wrong. If you could reply in simple terms please as I am in my 70s and struggling with this.

Are u still facing the issue with the outlook. If you are then can u provide a screenshot of the MS Outlook and also let me know which service are u using for connecting to the mail box (Example: Exchange, POP3, IMAP, etc).

Thank you for your reply. I have been trying for 48 hrs to correct this and gave up last night. But hey presto this morning there is no working offline message. Maybe it just needed a rest like me.!!! Now I need to find out how to use this forum. What does reply with quotes mean??

Good to know that the issue got resolved. I am net to this forum as well. I guess the reply with quotes mean that the reply which the person had given to the tread / post is also added in ur reply.

Well it haas been good all day today , but as I dont know how it happened or How it got resolved I am really no wiser. so I might be bothering you again
