I am getting message when i open Outlook as below, its damn slow too

"The data file "Personal Folder"was not closed properly"
The file is being checked for problem.

Kindly help.

Please clarify the error message code, There are many reason for outlook work slow. If you explain error code than it is more help full to resolve your problem.
